January is National Fiber Focus Month.  Diets low in fat and high in fiber-containing grain products, fruits and vegetables may reduce the risk of some types of cancer, a disease associated with many factors. Mangos are a good source of fiber, so they offer a sweet, delicious way to incorporate this nutrient into your diet.
