The Mango Hometown Tour visited Tampa where Chef Ferrell Alvarez of Cafe Dufrain and Chris Ponte of Cafe Ponte competed in a mango taste-off, courtesy of the National Mango Board. Each chef was challenged to create a mango-inspired dish highlighting fusion cuisine and Tampa flair.
