Mangos and Seafood are a Menu Match Made in Heaven

Mangos are being added to more menus in February and the items are both seafood! We’re excited about partnering with BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse for the third year in a row to promote permanent mango menu items in their restaurants. This year, BJ’s will promote Thai Shrimp Lettuce Wraps with Minty Mango Salsa and Thai Salmon with Fresh Mango Salsa. These recipes will be available to guests at all of their 117 restaurants nationwide on an in-restaurant menu outsert. Click here to see BJ’s in-restaurant menu outsert.  

We’ve also partnered with first time fresh mango users, Daphne’s California Greek. In this new partnership, Daphne’s is adding mango to their menu with a limited time offer (LTO) mango dish. Daphne’s will be offering a delicious Mango Shrimp Salad topped with mango salsa. They will be promoting the new dish through various collateral materials such as direct mail flyers, floor banners and in-store counter cards for their 55 locations throughout California, Arizona and Colorado.
