NMB Makes an Impact at Foodservice
More fresh mango recipes were featured in foodservice publications through Quarter 2 of 2012; we’ve reached foodservice professionals a total of 4 million times! Foodservice professionals saw numerous fresh mango recipes and other mango information showcased in publications such as Food Management, Flavor & The Menu, National Culinary Review and many more.
In addition to foodservice media, the NMB has also funded four mango promotions in 2012 with chains across the country. The chains include Daphne’s California Greek Café, the University of Massachusetts, Red Mango and BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse. These promotions impacted 326 locations and led to a 114% mango volume increase due to NMB promotion.
