  • 6 fajita size flour tortillas
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1½ cup mango, peeled, pitted and diced

Instructions

  1. To prepare cinnamon cream, beat ingredients in a medium bowl with a mixer until stiff peaks form; transfer to a decorative bowl and refrigerate while preparing nachos.

  2. To prepare nachos, preheat oven to 400°F. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.

  3. Working in batches, line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and spray both sides of tortilla with nonstick cooking spray.

  4. Bake tortillas for 10 minutes until browned, turning halfway through until crisp.

  5. Stir together sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl; add tortillas and toss well to coat. Pile onto a decorative platter.
