Mango Jalapeño Chutney
Ingredients
- 1 fresh mango, peeled and sliced
- 1 shallot or 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1-2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 jalapeño, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- Cilantro

Instructions
Cook all ingredients except cilantro on medium-high until fruit and jalapeño soften.
Remove from stove and place ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse ingredients until mixed but still chunky and thick.
Garnish the Mango Jalapeño Chutney with cilantro and serve.
