Preheat oven to 350°F and coat four 2-cup baking pans with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine all topping ingredients - except peanuts - in small bowl until coarse crumbs form; set it aside.
Combine the filling ingredients together in a medium bowl and spoon into the prepared ramekins. Crumble the topping over the mango mixture and spread with the peanuts.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the mango mixture is hot and bubbly and the topping is golden.
